ArrestLink.com is owned and operated by Data Collection Services, Inc. and is located in Tampa, Florida.  Our goal is to provide a low cost systems and solutions for direct mail marketing for criminal attorneys. 

How we work

The data our clients receive is harvested daily from public record search engines.  Upon downloading the data from the various sites ArrestLink.com validates each address by comparing them to the United States Postal Service Public Database. The validation process utilized by ArrestLink.com checks all addresses to the highest level of accuracy - the physical delivery point - using DPV™ and LACSLink™ systems, mandatory in 2007 for CASS Certified™ processing and postal discounts.

After the addresses have been cleaned they are placed in a spreadsheet format, accompanied by a label file and delivered to your inbox daily by 4pm*. 

ArrestLink.com works hard to ensure that the list you are provided contains the most current data.  Data collection begins after 12:00pm everyday to ensure that all early morning bookings have been completed and will show up on that day’s list.  This allows for the greatest opportunity for the prospective clients to see your mailer first!

With our system we offer you every possible way to save money on postage and streamline mailings to be delivered before the competition’s.

* certain counties do not publish arrests during the weekend.  In this event the subscriber receives a list of all weekend arrests on Monday.
